FULL TIME SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Creating scroll stopping and engaging content for multiple brands.

  • Preplanning social media feeds in advance to ensure consistency and aesthetic.

  • Scheduling and monitoring client content calendars.

  • Creating social graphics to engage curiosity.

  • Copywriting for social media captions and marketing materials.

  • Coordinating and implementing social campaigns.

  • Onsite visits to clients for content creation purposes.

  • Working closely with client's to keep up to date with their day to day business activities.

  • Making recommendations to improve strategies.

  • Providing strategy sessions and advice to clients including analytic reporting.

  • Have a passion for social media marketing and content creating.

  • Confident with all social media platforms.

  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • A keen interest in the health, beauty and cosmetics industry.

  • Qualification in marketing, communications, design or advertising.

  • By nature, you are highly organised and detail oriented.

  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills.

  • Motivated and driven and have a positive can-do attitude.

  • Experience and/or demonstrated ability in using graphics software/apps such as Canva, for implementing graphics on socials.

  • Must be living in Sydney, Australia or willing to move to Sydney.

TIKTOK MANAGER X CONTENT CREATOR

Role Description;

  • Film, edit and post high-quality, engaging TikTok videos aligned with client brands and trends

  • Confidently shoot both behind-the-scenes and front-facing content (with talent, Ree team or yourself)

  • Develop creative concepts for trending audio, storytelling formats and visual hooks

  • Work directly with clients to understand brand tone, visual direction and TikTok goals

  • Present ideas with confidence and explain the purpose or trend behind each video concept

  • Assist with content calendars and plan TikTok content in line with campaign goals

  • Work closely with the social media and design team to align TikTok content with overall brand strategy

  • Coordinate shoot days, props and locations where needed

  • Research and implement trending sounds, formats and hashtags to optimise reach

  • Suggest new directions for content strategy to grow clients’ presence and visibility
