  • Do you work with International clients?
    Yes, of course! The amazing thing about design is that our services can be purchased from anywhere in the world and sent to you online. International shipping for print orders will have additional charges and extended time frames. Please enquire regarding shipping to your country.
  • How long does printing take to be delivered?
    Our printing turn around is approximately 2-3 weeks from confirmation of design. ​ Please note: This delivery timeframe only begins once we have received final design approval from you to move forward with printing, not the day of enquiry or initial draft. This timeframe includes production and packing time.
  • How do you accept payments?
    We accept credit card payments or bank transfers. Your online invoice for your project will be sent to you via email once we have received your design brief and contract agreement. We generally require full payment upfront to secure and schedule your custom design order. Once payment has been received we will then confirm your project start date and provide you with an estimated timeline for completion. Payment plans for our larger brand packages and Website Designs are available for businesses upon request. Please check with us at the time of booking.
  • How long does it take to complete a Business Website Design?
    Our Business Website timeframes vary, however we generally require 3-4 weeks to create an initial draft from the date of receiving all your required information. We can then estimate 5-7 business days for finalisation depending on the feedback provided.
  • How long does it take to complete an E-Commerce Website?
    No two E-Commerce Websites are the same therefore an estimated timeframe can be given upon direct enquiry with our team after we have determined the kind of E-Commerce Website you were after. Please note: The more products or services you have to sell online, the longer it will take to build your website.
  • What Website builders do you use for your designs?
    Our Websites are mainly created on either Wix or Shopify. Both are user friendly and give you the ability to edit aspects of the design after handover.
  • What happens if I don't like the designs?
    Prior to starting your project we take the time to make sure that we understand exactly what you are after to avoid any miscommunication further into the process. We offer 3 rounds of revisions with our design services so that we can take on your feedback and adjust elements of the designs that you do not like. If after the 3 rounds revisions you are still not happy, you have the option of adding further revisions for an addtional cost. If you wish to cancel your project completely, 50% of the total cost will be kept and the remainng 50% will be refunded. Please keep in mind no final design files will be delivered if project is cancelled and all drafts will remain property of Ree Creative. The same refund policy will apply to change of mind prior to project commencement.

    Yes of course! We work quite closely with you to create a feed plan each month that represents exactly what's happening in your business. We will touch base at the start of every month to make sure we discuss the month ahead in terms of any important posts, announcements or sales that need to go out. We will then create your feed plan and send you a link for approval before posts go live! You'll have the opportunity to provide your feedback and make changes to the posts as you see fit. It's a collaborative approach that ensures your social media content accurately represents your business, and you have full control and input before it's published.

    We generally have a minimum 6 month commitment for Social Media Management services however we do offer a 3 month 'trial option'. Our preffered 6 month timeframe is based on our experience and expertise in the industry, as well as the nature of social media marketing. Social media is a dynamic and ever-evolving landscape that requires consistent effort and strategic planning to yield optimal results. It takes time to develop a comprehensive social media strategy, create engaging content, build a following and analyse data to make data-driven decisions. With a contract period of 6 months, we can provide a solid foundation for your social media presence, implement strategies, and continuously optimise based on performance data. It allows us to take a holistic approach, build momentum, and achieve meaningful results for your business. Additionally, a longer contract period allows us to develop a deep understanding of your audience, brand voice and industry trends, enabling us to fine-tune our strategies for maximum effectiveness.   • What platforms does management cover?
    Currently, our Social Media Management services encompass Instagram, with the option of republishing Instagram posts to Facebook for extra reach across another platform. We also offer TikTok management as an add on to your Social Media Management services and this will be tailored to your business needs.   • How do you accept payments for Social Media Management?
    We offer flexible payment options for our Social Media Management services, allowing you to choose between weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments via bank transfer, credit card or direct debit. For the first month, payment is required in full for the entire month along with the Social Audit requirement. After that, we can work with you to create a payment schedule that best fits your business' financial schedule and needs.   • What is the onboarding process?
    The onboarding process for Social Media Management typically begins with a thorough Social Media Audit to evaluate the current state of the brand's social media presence. This involves analysing the content, engagement, audience, and performance of existing social media accounts. Based on the findings of the audit, a 6-month strategy is developed to align with the brand's goals and objectives. The strategy includes content planning, scheduling, and implementation, as well as engagement and growth strategies. Throughout the 6-month period, regular audits of the social media accounts are conducted to track progress, measure performance, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize the strategy for maximum effectiveness. You will receive insights and reporting for the account quarterly.
