What inspired you to start Ree Creative?
I wanted to create the kind of agency I wish existed when I was starting out, one that combines strategy, creativity and genuine care for the people behind the brands. I love helping business owners build confidence in their brand and showing them that thoughtful design and strategy can truly transform the way they show up.
What's your favourite part of what you do?
Watching our clients grow in confidence and celebrating the milestones that come from building a brand they're truly proud of. Whether it's launching a new business, opening a new space or simply hearing they're attracting the right clients, being part of those moments is incredibly rewarding.
What's one piece of business advice you live by?
Clarity attracts aligned clients. The more intentional you are with your brand, the easier it becomes to connect with the right people. You don't need to be everything to everyone, you just need to be clear about who you are and the value you bring.
How would your team describe you?
Driven, thoughtful and genuinely invested. I care deeply about the work we create and the relationships we build along the way.
What's your idea of a perfect weekend?
Slow mornings, quality time with the people I love, a good coffee in hand and finding inspiration away from the screen. I love trying new restaurants, spending time with family and enjoying a slower pace after a busy week.
What's one thing people might not know about you?
As much as I love building brands, I'm a homebody at heart. I value the simple things in life, family BBQs, long walks with my dogs and trying new restaurants with the people I love. It's these slower moments that help me recharge and inspire the way I show up both personally and professionally.

Seven years ago, she launched Ree Creative with a vision to create more than just beautiful visuals. She wanted to offer a thoughtful, seamless experience where strategy, creativity and genuine relationships sit at the heart of every project.

Her approach balances timeless design with strategic thinking, creating identities that not only look beautiful but connect deeply with the people they're designed to serve.
