What drew you to brand design?
I've always been fascinated by the way thoughtful design can influence how people feel and connect. I love transforming ideas into visual identities that tell a story and leave a lasting impression.
What do you enjoy most about your role at Ree Creative?
Collaborating closely with our clients and seeing their excitement as their vision comes to life. It's incredibly rewarding to create brands that not only look beautiful but truly reflect the people behind them.
What's one thing you believe every great brand needs?
Consistency. The strongest brands are intentional in every detail, creating an experience that feels cohesive, memorable and authentic.
How would your team describe you?
Creative, calm and detail-oriented. I take pride in bringing a thoughtful approach to every project and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Where do you find inspiration?
Everywhere. From travel and architecture to fashion, interiors and everyday moments, inspiration often comes from the little details others might miss.
What's something people might not know about you?
Outside of design, I'm a bit of a foodie and a hip-hop dancer. I love discovering new places to eat, trying different cuisines and expressing my creativity through movement. It's the perfect balance to the precision and detail that comes with design.

Vanessa is a creative force with a deep passion for building considered, high-impact brands. With over nine years of expertise across brand identity, graphic design and typography, she specialises in crafting refined, strategic visual systems that elevate brands and create timeless, luxury experiences.
As Ree Creative’s lead brand and website designer, Vanessa works closely with clients to bring their vision to life across cohesive brand identities and thoughtfully designed websites. She leads the creative direction from concept through to execution, ensuring every touchpoint is aligned, intentional and reflective of each brand’s positioning and goals.
In her role as 2IC and Creative Lead, Vanessa manages and mentors the creative team alongside Maria, overseeing workflows, quality control and project execution. She ensures every project meets Ree Creative’s high standards, while supporting the team to deliver consistent, elevated outcomes. With a strong balance of strategy, creativity and leadership, Vanessa plays a pivotal role in shaping both client brands and the internal creative direction of Ree Creative.
